About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Operational Solutions/Operational Excellence group as part of Wholesale Lending Operations division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

  • Monitor and report program status, benefits realized, and emerging challenges to leadership and stakeholders through dashboards and regular updates

  • Serve as a liaison between enterprise technology teams and the wholesale user community, facilitating alignment and timely issue resolution

  • Coordinate with platform owners (Alteryx, Power Apps) and enterprise architects to enforce compliance, security, and integration guidelines

  • Supporting the remediation of shadow IT reconciliation tools and supporting the decommissioning of the legacy platforms

  • Troubleshoot technical and process issues as they arise, partnering with citizen developers and IT support

  • Track and escalate risks, exceptions, and dependency conflicts, ensuring transparency and timely remediation

  • Provide feedback loops to improve governance frameworks, incorporating lessons learned and stakeholder input into future iterations

  • Communicate program metrics and success stories to promote adoption and demonstrate ROI across the organization

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and recommending enhancements to governance tools and reporting mechanisms

  • Supporting risk mitigation efforts through rigorous user testing, compliance oversight, and strategic platform transitions


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Diverse background in Operations, Project/Product Management, Data Analysis and/or Strategic Planning
  • Experience working with low code platforms such Alteryx and Power Apps
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Experience in preparing and delivering management level updates
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
