About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator. This role is responsible for helping to deliver a world-class experience for the Wells Fargo senior leadership team.  This role will provide reception support for the Well Fargo executive floor and comprehensive support to ensure a quality workplace experience. The role requires strong customer experience skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency and the ability to deliver outstanding service in a fast paced environment.   

The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.

The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.

The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo’s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.

The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the operations of a specific business line

  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business

  • Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs

  • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature

  • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation

  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners

  • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies

  • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives

  • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business

Your will be responsible for helping to deliver a world-class experience for the Wells Fargo senior leadership team.  This role will provide reception support for the Well Fargo executive floor and comprehensive support to ensure a quality workplace experience. The role requires strong customer experience skills, attention to detail, a sense of urgency and the ability to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:                              

  • Main point of contact for off site manager
  • Staff reception desk
  • Responsible for facilities support, floor administration, systems access, including on-boarding and off-boarding of team members, as needed
  • Maintains highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Serves as primary source of contact for all workplace needs of Executives
  • Delivers a consistent, outstanding customer service experience at all times
  • Manages and books reservation requests through Outlook. Modifies reservations as needed and/or requested
  • Responsible for room setups; assuring room configurations are correct
  • Knowledgeable to provide technical support for in-room AV equipment (i.e. laptop hook up, digital display, conference phone)
  • Develops and maintains working relationships with partners and vendors


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
  • Ability to identify and assess issues then make sound decisions
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$25.48 - $37.98
