Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key customers, partners, and ecosystem players (OEMs, integrators, distributors).
Build and manage strong executive‑level relationships with customers, serving as a trusted commercial and strategic partner.
Lead end‑to‑end deal cycles, including opportunity qualification, value proposition development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to translate customer needs into product and solution roadmaps.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape in robotics and automation industries.
Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and partnership frameworks for robotics offerings.
Prepare and deliver business reviews, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements as a business ambassador.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
8–12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in robotics, automation, industrial technology, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of robotics systems, automation solutions, and industrial applications.
Proven track record of driving complex, high‑value deals and long sales cycles.
Experience working with cross‑functional global teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking capability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving market environment.
Willingness to travel as required to support customer and partner engagements.
