Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and increasing market share within the Public Sectors.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle for new business opportunities, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to final negotiation and deal closure.

  • Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders and industry influencers to build strong relationships and influence organizational business objectives.

  • Ensure the delivery of tailored digital transformation and records management solutions that map to specific customer requirements while meeting consistent quota attainment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant direct solution sales experience in business services, business process outsourcing, or archiving.

  • Strong knowledge of Public Sector selling and digital transformation solutions.

  • Proven ability in strategic new business hunting and managing complex Request for Proposal (RFP) sales processes.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level personnel and think in broad, company-wide terms.
