Execute the strategy for affiliate partner acquisition;
Build and grow long-term relationships with high-value affiliates;
Negotiate custom deals (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA) and exclusive offers;
Collaborate with brand and affiliate teams on joint initiatives;
Represent the company at major industry conferences and networking events (SBC, SIGMA, IGB, etc.);
Research of the industry insights and market situation;
Initiate strategic partnerships and co-branded activations through day-to-day communication, live meet-ups and joint activities;
Work closely with the marketing and affiliate team to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals.
3+ years as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role;
Experience in gambling or other high-risk industries;
Understanding of the affiliate models and general business processes in the affiliate marketing industry;
Proven experience managing high-tier partners or media buying teams;
Have a strong community connection with affiliates and connections with market leaders, media, event holders and main platforms;
Strong negotiation skills and a history of closing high-value deals;
Proficient in using CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards;
At least Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
