Position Summary
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:
- Support Sr. management with recurrent business analysis and projections.
- Analyze the performance of our products and business units in proactive way including plans and recommendations to optimize assets.
- Creates presentations for Senior management as needed. May assist with marketing literature for sales presentations.
- Effectively planning of customer’s and product performance reports needed for Sr. Management, achieving monthly deadlines and commitments agreed with customers.
- Collects, manage and maintains analytical data used to measure and control LNW business.
- Creates spreadsheets to manage customers and LNW business information.
- Support Sales team on finding or developing new business opportunities. Supply spreadsheets with costs, performance, trends, profitability for LNW clients and products.
- Performs all analytical reports and clerical functions, including filing, typing, etc. as directed
- Updates and maintains technology escrow accounts in accordance with customer contracts
- Works effectively with all departments, including Senior Management, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Order Entry and Legal
- Performs other duties as assigned
Communication
- Communicate professionally with all levels of customers and employees.
- Effective communication with senior management verbally and in writing English and Spanish.
