Position Summary

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Support Sr. management with recurrent business analysis and projections.
  • Analyze the performance of our products and business units in proactive way including plans and recommendations to optimize assets.
  • Creates presentations for Senior management as needed. May assist with marketing literature for sales presentations.
  • Effectively planning of customer’s and product performance reports needed for Sr. Management, achieving monthly deadlines and commitments agreed with customers.
  • Collects, manage and maintains analytical data used to measure and control LNW business.
  • Creates spreadsheets to manage customers and LNW business information.
  • Support Sales team on finding or developing new business opportunities.  Supply spreadsheets with costs, performance, trends, profitability for LNW clients and products.
  • Performs all analytical reports and clerical functions, including filing, typing, etc. as directed
  • Updates and maintains technology escrow accounts in accordance with customer contracts
  • Works effectively with all departments, including Senior Management, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Order Entry and Legal
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Communication

  • Communicate professionally with all levels of customers and employees.
  • Effective communication with senior management verbally and in writing English and Spanish.

Position Requirements/Skills & Abilities

  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in casino’s industry or in business intelligence positions. Leadership skills is a most

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economy and actuarial science preferred
