Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analytics Manager to support Go-to-Market Finance organization by driving data-informed strategy, scalable analytics solutions, and performance measurement frameworks. This role will play a critical part in accelerating time to insights and shaping how we measure and improve business outcomes.
As a senior member of the Business Analytics function, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, partner closely with Finance, Sales, and Data teams, and translate ambiguous business problems into actionable insights and scalable solutions. You will be instrumental in defining KPI frameworks, influencing decision-making, and enabling a data-driven culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, from problem framing and stakeholder alignment to insight generation and business impact
Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Data Engineering, and Sales to proactively identify opportunities and influence strategic decisions
Partnering with GTM finance teams to understand their planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management needs
Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical frameworks, including data modeling, experimentation, and advanced analysis
Define and standardize KPI frameworks for customer health, retention, expansion, and operational performance, ensuring alignment across teams
Design and scale dashboards and reporting solutions that drive adoption, self-service, and actionable insights across the organization
Analyze metrics to uncover key drivers of retention, churn, and growth, and recommend data-backed actions
Owning the delivery of end-to-end data products (pipelines, tables, and dashboards) to enable reporting and analytics that are automated, flexible, scalable, and action-oriented (this will involve building and testing prototype data products yourself while partnering with corporate data engineering teams to build long-term solutions)
Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, compelling storytelling and executive-ready presentations
Drive improvements to data models, data quality, and analytics infrastructure in partnership with central data and engineering teams
Establish scalable, repeatable analytics frameworks and best practices to improve decision-making across the business
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to raising the overall analytical capability of the team
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field
6-8+ years of experience in analytical fields such as consulting, strategic finance, BizOps, data science, business intelligence, data engineering
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources
Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, perform deep analysis, and translate findings into business impact
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing decisions at senior levels
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results in a matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Go To Market, SaaS, or subscription-based business models
Experience with Python or other statistical tools for advanced analytics, modeling, or experimentation
Experience building and deploying predictive models to forecast key metrics
Experience designing an optimal decision support process, defining a product strategy to enable it, translating into a roadmap, and enabling it through technology
Domain experience in FP&A and / or sales, marketing, and customer success operations
Experience working in high-growth or transformation environments
