The Opportunity 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of business analysis activities of medium to high complexity, working closely with stakeholders who will rely on your expertise and judgment. You will lead the gathering, analysis and documentation of software specifications, while also delegating less complex tasks to junior colleagues and supporting their development. You will keep documentation for your assigned applications accurate and up to date, ensuring it reflects reality and supports smooth delivery. In your day-to-day work, you will partner closely with development teams, product/platform owners, QA and other key stakeholders to validate user stories, review QA results and drive high-quality outcomes for our digital solutions.

Responsibilities 

  • Work independently on business analysis tasks of medium to high complexity, delivering outputs according to company standards.
  • Gather, analyse and document software specifications and business requirements (discussions, workshops, interviews, refinement meetings).
  • Decompose business needs into clear specifications and smaller blocks such as user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain, update and manage documentation and analytical outputs (software specifications, data flow diagrams, components) for assigned applications/parts of software.
  • Assist with the rollout and day-to-day operations of OpsTrakker electronic forms and logbooks.
  • Support business users and global deployment team with system adoption and troubleshooting.
  • Help document business requirements and objectives for the system.
  • Support the acceptance testing of new requirements.  
  • Participate in updating GxP relevant Dcouments (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, System Specifications, Training materials and Tools).
  • Provide basic support to eForm Designers, including simple JavaScript scripting for form logic or validation.
  • Support Digital Content Management (e.g., publish bi-monthly Newsletter, Update Website)
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support audit readiness under supervision.
  • Collect feedback from the users.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, product/platform owners, QA and other stakeholders (validation of user stories, QA outcomes, testing, training, support procedures).
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify challenges, opportunities and use cases for digital solutions; support creation of POCs and definition of “success” criteria.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and help maintain documentation.
  • Provide continuous updates during project delivery; communicate changes, risks, issues and ambiguities in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications 

Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in economy, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • 3+ years of experience in a Lean/Agile development environment
  • Experience in IT deployment, or process support.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and willingness to learn more to support eForm Designers.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, strong problem-solving, conflict resolution
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes.
  • Interest in working in a regulated (GxP) environment and learning about compliance.
  • Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication is a must.
