  • Design future‑state workflows for audit planning, risk assessment, anomaly detection, engagement execution, and reporting
  • Facilitate structured workshops and walkthroughs to align stakeholders on data definitions, lineage, reporting requirements, and key decisions
  • Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned to measurable audit and business outcomes

Project Management & Delivery Execution

  • Plan and deliver multiple concurrent transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and stabilization
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans for assigned initiatives
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including milestones, dependencies, delivery timelines, and resource forecasts
  • Establish and execute delivery governance, including steering committee updates, decision logs, budget tracking, and standardized communications
  • Manage cross‑functional delivery teams and vendors, coordinating release planning, environment readiness, change control, and cutover activities
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, decisions, and action items, driving resolution and escalating as needed to protect delivery outcomes

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support change management and rollout planning to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools
  • Coordinate training plans, job aids, pilot rollouts, and feedback loops in partnership with audit and technology teams
  • Track adoption, usage, and success metrics, and recommend iterative enhancements based on outcomes and user feedback
  • Prepare leadership updates, steering committee materials, and governance forum content
  • Contribute to operational readiness and transition planning, including post‑implementation stabilization

What We Value

The skills and capabilities that will help you succeed in this role include:

  • Strong business analysis discipline, including requirements elicitation, workflow modeling, and structured documentation
  • Proven project management rigor across planning, execution, governance, and issue management
  • Ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Structured problem‑solving skills to translate complex audit and risk challenges into actionable delivery plans
  • Clear, concise communication with senior leaders, auditors, and technology partners
  • Strong governance mindset, with attention to controls, documentation, approvals, and compliance expectations
