Senior Business Analyst (Product Manager)
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Product Manager) to join our team, reporting to the VP - Product Management. In this role, you’ll help shape how we develop innovative products that meet client needs and drive market impact.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the full product lifecycle — from concept to launch — ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality products.
- Monitor performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements for growth and profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities and create business plans to capture them.
What You’ll Bring (Essential Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Brazil’s financial regulatory framework (e.g., local compliance, reporting standards).
- Solid understanding of international regulatory standards such as Basel, IFRS.
- Deep expertise in financial risk management systems and processes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and forecasting.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in global, collaborative environments.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP, FRM).
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with global product launches and lifecycle management.
Location: Sao Paulo Brazil — hybrid work environment (at least 3 days in-office per week).
