As a Senior Business Analyst reporting to the Product Management Sr. Director, you’ll play a meaningful role in delivering best-in-class regulatory reporting software - transforming complex financial and statistical requirements into clear, robust specifications that empower global financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Define product features and functional requirements by interpreting local financial regulations.
Translate regulatory needs and business processes into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
Write and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) that designs for cubes, dashboards, and user interactions.
Collaborate closely with Application Development to ensure functional goals are met and the business user experience is reflected in the software.
Guide the Quality Assurance team on test scenarios, stay updated on regulatory trends, and support sales, pre‑sales, and marketing as an SME through publications, webinars, and related content.
Required Qualifications
Proven years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or regulatory and compliance environments.
Solid understanding of EBA and local regulatory reporting (e.g., FINREP, UK Bank of England, DE Bundesbank)
Proven understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
Good understanding of key banking products such as bonds, loans, guarantees, collateral, repos, and derivatives.
Proficiency in English and French.
Ability to interpret complex regulations, produce detailed functional documentation, collaborate optimally across teams, manage deadlines independently, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Nice to have Qualifications
Knowledge of Controller view / Axiom reporting platform
Understanding of Software Development Methodologies (Agile, Waterfalls, etc)
Exposure to technical and data management concepts – e.g. experience performing analytics using SQL, R or similar
This position will be located in Wroclaw and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
