We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our AxiomSL team, reporting to Senior Director - Product Management. In this role, you’ll help shape how we create tools that simplify finance and deliver great client experiences.
You’ll fit right in if you’re collaborative, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale.
Design client solutions and gather business/system requirements.
Create functional specs and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide user training and resolve production issues proactively.
Support project planning, risk management, and identify growth opportunities.
Lead presentations and mentor team on best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or related field.
+5 years of relevant experience.
Professional certification (e.g., Business Analyst or Project Management).
Experience with regulatory reporting solutions/products.
This position will be located in Wroclaw, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office.
