What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Business Analyst (i.Pharmacy Solution) you will be part of our highly successful engineering and R&D teams, utilising your to clarify requirements, understand technical trade-offs, and ensure the delivered solution aligns with the functional specifications.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
- To serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the modernization of our flagship hospital pharmacy management solution, i.Pharmacy.
- Be responsible for documenting, translating, and validating requirements for a key program aimed at transforming our legacy, PowerBuilder solution into a modern, web-based platform.
- Act as the SME for the product. Develop a deep, hands-on understanding of the legacy system's core capabilities, inherent constraints, and key functionalities.
- Work with the i.Pharmacy Product Manager (current product), to translate legacy knowledge and stakeholder feedback into a clear, actionable set of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the new platform
- Demonstrate a hands-on understanding of hospital pharmacy and broader eHealth workflows.
- Proactively engage with end-users, pharmacy directors, and key opinion leaders to document their needs, identify pain points, and capture future requirements to ensure the modernised product delivers a superior and relevant user experience.

Essential Requirements
- Solid technical understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, cloud-native architecture, and web technologies (e.g., Angular, Java).
- Experience with product modernisation would be highly regarded.
- Experience in platform migration, or complex re-platforming projects is highly desirable.
- A deep and demonstrable understanding of the eHealth or pharmacy technology sector.
- Solid technical background with an ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineering teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Desirable Requirements
- Strong communicator, capable of conveying technical and business concepts clearly and to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the testing and quality assurance teams to ensure that all delivered features and functionalities meet the defined requirements. Assist in developing and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to a shared goal.
