The Business Analyst supports the Director of Business Analysis in supporting the design, delivery, and adoption of agentic and AI-enabled workflows across operational environments. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical and process transformation skills, curiosity about AI and automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights.
Analyze and map processes across operations to identify inefficiencies and propose improvement opportunities.
Support the design of agentic workflows that combine automation and human oversight.
Collaborate with technology and operational teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and quality.
Support change management and adoption of new technologies within human-in-the-loop processes.
The critical success measures of this role will be demonstrated in three areas:
Enabling end-to-end process mapping and agentic workflow support to improve operational performance.
Applying AI and automation to enhance speed, quality, and scalability across key workflows.
Supporting operational readiness by helping teams build the skills and human-in-the-loop capabilities required to sustain new processes.
Business Analysis and Requirements Elicitation: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions that enable AI and automation.
Process Redesign and Value Stream Mapping: Support process analysis and redesign to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and document optimized workflows.
Human–Agent Collaboration Design: Contribute to designing workflows that integrate automation with human expertise to ensure quality and compliance.
Data-Driven Decision Support: Use metrics and data to assess performance, measure automation impact, and guide improvement decisions.
Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Support communication and training efforts that help teams adopt new digital and agentic processes effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Technology, or Operations.
Two to five years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation.
Experience or knowledge in legal, content, or operational environments is preferred, with the ability to apply business analysis skills in structured or regulated contexts.
Hands-on experience supporting process redesign and automation using AI, low-code, or workflow tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and propose practical solutions.
Understanding of agentic and AI-enabled systems and interest in AI-driven transformation.
Use AI tools to support analysis, documentation, and ideation, improving speed and accuracy in deliverables.
Experiment with AI features to explore opportunities for workflow improvements.
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methods for process improvement.
Clear communicator with strong collaboration and organizational skills.
Proven adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Commitment to responsible and ethical AI use in operational contexts.
Ability to travel as required (up to 10-20%), including domestic and international locations.
