We are currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise (Guidewire, Epicor, Workday) based in our Head Office. 

As a Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise (Guidewire, Epicor, Workday), you’ll play a key role in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You’ll work on complex, enterprise-level projects and enhancements that support BCAA’s strategic objectives, ensuring systems and processes align with business goals. Acting as a trusted liaison between business users, vendors, and Information Services, you’ll analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation across systems and teams.

What you’ll do: 

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Information Services to define and document business requirements. 

  • Analyze business-critical objectives and translate them into actionable technical requirements. 

  • Participate in solution design to ensure technical solutions meet defined business and operational needs. 

  • Lead and support enterprise-level projects, enhancements, and process improvements. 

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization and innovation within systems and workflows. 

  • Coordinate and mentor junior business analysts, reviewing requirements and guiding best practices. 

  • Manage and track the status of requirements through the software development lifecycle. 

  • Partner with vendors and external consultants to ensure system-related needs and timelines are met. 

  • Contribute to business process design and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency. 

  • Support testing, implementation, and integration of technical solutions within enterprise systems. 

What you bring: 

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science/systems (or equivalent experience). 

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a business analysis role, including work on enterprise-level projects. 

  • Proven ability to conduct business and technical requirements analysis, process modeling, and solution design. 

  • Bring hands‑on knowledge of testing methodologies (unit, integration, system, UAT) to support solution delivery, including contributing to test planning, validating test coverage, and supporting automated testing strategies where appropriate. 

  • Experience with various software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe). 

  • Exceptional organizational, documentation, and communication skills. 

  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups. 

  • Working knowledge of financial services operations and core accounting concepts (e.g., general ledger, billing, invoicing, financial controls) to support business analysis activities across enterprise systems. 

  • Bonus Skills! 

  • IIBA certification (International Institute of Business Analysis). 

  • Working knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Experience with Guidewire, Epicor, Workday. 

The salary range for this position is $110,343.60 to $137,929.44 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
