The Operations Optimization and Enablement (OOE) group is dedicated to driving change and implementing operational strategy. OOE supports the Citi transformation agenda by assisting with programs that redefine core operations architecture and the processes they support. A key focus of the OOE is Movement of Funds – this team helps manage and refine risk associated with movements of funds, covering outgoing, incoming, and internal transfers. The team aims to define clear payment risk appetites, consolidate and report payment risks, and harmonize controls across the enterprise.
Our approach involves contributing to a cohesive framework for risk management and supporting proactive measures to reduce reliance on detective controls. By assisting in these areas, the goal is to streamline processes, enhance financial stability, and ensure consistent, effective operations throughout the organization.
We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, contribute to new ideas, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support the adoption of AI with the Data & Analytics strategy.
