Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join the Field Compensation and Incentives team, responsible for translating business needs into actionable data, reporting, and analytics solutions. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations of multiple business programs, delivering recurring and ad hoc reporting, and performing in-depth analysis to drive business insights. The role will also own multiple process improvement initiatives across programs and teams. The ideal candidate will manage multiple process improvement efforts, with a strong focus on defining and delivering solutions that measure and enhance business performance. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders across India and the US, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution across geographies.Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to compensation program administration and reporting
Process multiple reports within defined SLAs and perform quality checks to ensure high accuracy.
Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/ processes, simplification/ elimination of redundant activities
Handle adhoc data requests and analysis from internal / external stakeholders as needed
Maintain documentation of all processes/reports being created.
Manage/Improve controls and validations of assigned activities.
Identify data or process discrepancies and flag issues proactively to relevant stakeholders
Interact with business partners to analyze and interpret business needs
Design infrastructure to support new processes or programs
Coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders through clear and professional communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field.
3-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics and VBA automation.
Strong knowledge and experience of working on MS Excel / VBA and SQL.
Strong communication; ability to clearly articulate complex concepts verbally and in writing.
Ability to independently manage and deliver timely and accurate results with competing deadlines.
Collaborative team and client centric approach with a high degree of personal accountability.
Strong project management experience to track progress for each project and complete them as per defined timelines.
Experience with intercontinental organizational structures (i.e. leaders/business partners in multiple geographies).
Preferred Qualifications:
MS Access experience
AWS DataLake knowledge
Power Apps, Power BI knowledge and experience
