What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Business Analyst you work collaboratively across various departments of the organisation – both centrally and regionally. You serve as a change agent and project/programme manager in the Product Domain, focusing on Product Portfolio Subjects - e.g. Product Portfolio Planning, Product Roadmap Planning, working together with Product Management & Engineering (PM&E) Leads, Product Managers, and Dedalus Business Regional Representatives. And you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
- Contribute to the Definition, Design and Implementation of Portfolio & Product Planning Analytics. Moreover, you give guidance on the Portfolio and Product Planning tools and systems. This part of the Product Data Information Landscape, being a key component of the Global Reference Information System (GloRIS).
- Support business driven optimisation in Product Portfolio’s and monitoring and resolving Product Portfolio Operational topics using Data Analytics tools and systems.

Essential Requirements
- Support to activities related to Portfolio and Product Planning Activities. Expertise on product lifecycle management (PLM) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Administration, configuration and further development of the environment (using data analysis tools) for the definition and collection of Product Portfolio Planning data linked to Product Portfolio Taxonomy and Product Master Systems.
- Supporting implementation of Global Product Planning data capture, Product data analytics and Dashboarding leveraging on strong collaboration within the PG&F team
- Contributing to Product communication and Product training programs.
- Undertowing alignment on Product Plans between Product Teams – both centrally and regionally and Dedalus Business Regions expressing Business and Market requirements.
- Supporting the collection of Product analytical data & reports to merge into Product Strategic Presentations
- Giving 1st and 2nd level support to users in the Product organisation – mainly Product Management & Engineering Leads, Portfolio Managers and Product Managers.
Desirable Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills – Proven understanding of Product Portfolio Data Analytics
- Competency in Program Management and Project Management
- Knowledgeable with Reporting Methods and Techniques
- Affinity with domains like product finance, product regulatory, product (after) sales & product service and business development.
- Analysis & Design of Portfolio Product Portfolio Planning Enhancements to contribute to Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) – Strategic Alignment & Investment Prioritization
- Senior Experience using Data Analysis tools – Microsoft 365 Copilot Tools, and ideally Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft D365) as an advanced user
