The team
You will join Tribe Mortgages NL, a dynamic environment where ambition, team work, and humor are central. As Senior Business Analyst AI, you are the vital link between business and technology, ensuring our strategic initiatives become reality. You will work closely with experts in Data Science, Risk, Engineering, and Operations, fostering a culture of shared goals and continuous improvement.

Roles and responsibilities

As Senior Business Analyst AI, you are the link between business and technology, ensuring that our strategic initiatives become reality. You:

• Translate complex business objectives into innovative AI solutions with real impact.
• Combine technical expertise (IT architecture, system integrations, dataflows) with deep knowledge of Dutch mortgage processes and compliance standards.
• Act as the connector between Data Science, Risk, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Analyze processes and translate needs into solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop and integrate AI models with data scientists and IT specialists, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Conduct gap and impact analyses, draft user stories and process flows, and define KPIs to measure project success.
• Monitor progress, guide change management, and drive adoption of new technologies across the organization.
