- Review, analyze, and challenge model-related activities, asking critical questions and probing underlying assumptions to ensure alignment with policy intent
- Identify, escalate, and track model, tool, governance, or policy-related issues; partner with leadership and key stakeholders to drive timely resolution
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives tied to model governance, risk mitigation, issue remediation, and control enhancement, contributing to larger cross-functional efforts

- Independently resolve moderately complex issues using a solid understanding of business operations, products, and the regulatory environment, while facilitating decision-making and solution implementation
- Collaborate with peers, business partners, and mid-level management to address current and emerging risks, providing guidance on policy interpretation and risk-mitigating strategies
- Partner with business and risk stakeholders in interactions with external parties, supporting timely and appropriate responses, and ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of communications and materials
- Navigate a dynamic and evolving risk environment, managing change, prioritizing effectively, and applying strong problem-solving skills to non-routine issues
Required Qualifications:
