Brand Performance & KPI-Steuerung: Definition relevanter KPIs, Tracking und Analyse der Marken-, Kommunikations- und Kampagnenperformance; kontinuierliche Optimierung auf Basis von Daten, Insights und Learnings.
Teamplay & Leadership: Sparringspartner für Marketing, Product, Sales und weitere Fachbereiche – und Impulsgeber für eine integrierte, vernetzte Marketingarbeit über alle Touchpoints der Customer Journey hinweg.
Dein Profil – Damit begeisterst Du uns:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Feld
Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in strategischem Marketing, Brand Management oder Marketingberatung – idealerweise in B2B-, Energie- oder Tech-orientierten Unternehmen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Markenentwicklung, Marketingstrategie, Positionierung und Kampagnensteuerung
Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, insbesondere in Markt-, Trend- und Zielgruppenanalysen
Sicheres Auftreten, hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Agenturen
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams und Marketing-Teams entlang der Customer Journey
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, strukturiertes Arbeiten und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
