Job Title- Senior Brand Manager Paradontax, OHC Expert & OHC -Sri Lanka & Bangladesh

Job Purpose: As the Senior Brand Manager for Paradontax, you will lead the strategic and operational marketing agenda for the brand in India. You will be responsible for driving consumer and expert engagement, managing brand equity, and delivering business results. This role also includes leadership of the expert team from OHC interface (Sensodyne & Parodontax) and OHC activations, ensuring seamless execution across touchpoints. Furthermore this role will be liaise with Bangladesh and Sri Lanka team, to unlock accelerated growth on Oral Health care.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic foresight with operational discipline and thrives in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Leadership

  • Define and drive brand strategy based on consumer and expert insights.

  • Ensure the Brand Heart is brought to life and consistently activated across all touchpoints to build long-term brand equity.

  • Lead annual brand planning and execution aligned with long-term growth objectives.T

  • ake full responsibility for the preparation and execution of pre-launch activities, coordinating all strategic functions to meet launch goals.

  • Own brand P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

  • Lead creative, media, PR, and digital agencies through marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with sales teams, conduct market visits, and identify improvement priorities.

  • Adapt global toolkits and innovation platforms for the Indian market.

  • Laise with expert marketing team to build advocacy and recommendation for Oral Care portfolio (Sensodyne, Parodontax ) via deep understanding of consumer.

  • Lead category activations to educate consumers on importance of oral care and drive brand love

  • Drive preparation and management of the Business Plan, Annual A&P Budget, and Communication/Media/Detailing/Expert Plans.

  • Ensure alignment between expert and consumer marketing efforts

Qualifications and skills

  • MBA from a reputed business school.

  • 8+ years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Health or FMCG.

  • Proven track record in marketing, consumer communications, and launch management.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in OTC or oral health categories.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L exposure.

  • Strategic thinker with executional rigor – capable of translating insights into impactful initiatives.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
