Drive Strategic Growth and Brand Excellence

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager, Red Tree Beverages to help lead and grow our Alcohol Ready-to-Drink (ARTD) segment in North America - Red Tree Beverages (RTB), a firewalled indirect subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company.  As a key member of our team, you will leverage your brand management expertise to develop and execute strategies that elevate our presence in the ARTD category. This role is ideal for a creative, innovative, and highly collaborative professional with a passion for building brands and partnering with key business partners and stakeholders to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop short and long-term business and brand plans, establishing clear objectives, growth strategies, initiatives, and performance metrics to support growth in ARTD.

  • Partner with internal (e.g. R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance) and external (e.g. external alcohol companies, distributors, suppliers, agencies) stakeholders to develop new and/or improved products, packaging and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies and drive System value and annual and long-range business objectives.

  • Co-create brand position materials leveraging right to win and reasons to believe in partnership with Commercial and Sales.

  • Formulate comprehensive briefs for agencies and direct their activities to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency.

  • Assist in shaping portfolio strategies across brands and categories, focusing on maximizing brand equity and market share.

  • Conduct ongoing business analysis to prioritize brand-building initiatives and optimize brand budgets and investment allocations to maximize ROI and support strategic initiatives.

  • Lead the development of annual brand reviews, growth platforms, and define brand roles within the ARTD portfolio

  • Establish clear positioning for new offerings and entrants in the ARTD category, ensuring differentiation and relevance.

  • Drive alignment on brand initiatives with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, technical, and alcohol partners.

  • Manage projects in collaboration with external alcohol partners, agencies, field marketing, and cross-functional finance, supply chain, R&D and project management support, to ensure seamless execution and accountability.

  • Present business results and insights to alcohol partners and division leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of brand management experience, preferably within the beverage or alcohol industry.

  • Proficiency with consumer research tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI), and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.

  • Expertise in marketing concepts, media planning, and driving increased volume and brand equity.

  • Proven ability to manage and inspire agency performance and develop compelling creative briefs.

  • Ability to understand revenue growth management principles and the role of marketing within those

  • Experience evaluating creative concepts for strategic alignment and consumer impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize consumer needs and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills.

  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across functions and with external partners.

Pay Range:

$139,600 - $157,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
