We are currently seeking a passionate, strategic, and business‑driven Senior Brand Manager to lead the development of Jameson and Aperitivo portfolio in Poland.

Purpose of the position

This role is responsible for the holistic brand strategy, P&L management, and long term growth of Jameson and our aperitivo portfolio (Lillet & Italicus). You will define and execute annual brand plans, manage strategic A&P allocation, oversee category and assortment strategy, and ensure best in class communication and activation across all channels.

The position works at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Global Brand Owners (Gold Business Unit & Cristal Business Unit) - combining strategic leadership with cross‑functional delivery excellence. The role includes managing a 2‑person team.

Main Responsibilities

Brand & Portfolio Strategy

  • Develop and implement long‑term brand strategy tailored to the Polish market.
  • Translate global platforms into locally relevant brand plans and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Build and lead annual brand plans across BTL, digital, tribes& communities, on‑trade, and off‑trade.
  • Shape portfolio strategy, defining brand roles, architecture, and priority occasions.

P&L, Budget & A&P Allocation

  • Full P&L ownership for assigned brands.
  • Plan, manage, and reallocate the A&P budget to drive ROI and business growth.
  • Lead pricing strategy, promo guardrails, and assortment planning in close cooperation with Revenue Management.

Execution & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing to ensure excellence in execution across all channels.
  • Lead local adoption of global assets and oversee creative development with agencies.
  • Partner with key global stakeholders in Gold Business Unit and Cristal Business Unit.
  • Oversee NPD launches and innovation pipeline in cooperation with global teams.

Insights, Analytics & Performance Management

  • Analyze market, consumer, and competitive data to inform strategy and decision‑making.
  • Track effectiveness of marketing activities and continuously improve based on KPIs.
  • Monitor brand health, mental availability, distribution, rate of sale, and media performance.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop a team.
  • Provide guidance, inspiration, and coaching to support their growth and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • You hold a higher education degree in marketing, management, business, or related fields.
  • You have min. 5+ years of experience in brand management within FMCG (alcohol category is a plus).
  • You bring strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • You have proven experience with P&L, A&P budget planning, and ROI‑driven decision‑making.
  • You understand the marketing mix and have experience in building 360° communication plans.
  • You possess strong commercial understanding and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • You demonstrate excellent project management and organization.
  • You are fluent in both Polish and English.
  • You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented.
  • You have experience in team leadership or mentoring (strongly preferred).
  • You have experience in close cooperation with Global/BO functions.
