About the role

As a Senior Brand Manager, Innovation, you will help shape the future of the business by setting clear innovation‑led brand strategy and translating it into scalable growth. You will own short‑ and mid‑term strategic planning, define portfolio direction and standards, and guide innovation and renovation agendas to deliver impact across markets.

In this role, you will operate as a senior strategic leader, partnering closely with Insights, Innovation, Finance, Sales, and cross‑functional teams to identify growth opportunities and bring them to life. This position is best suited for a future‑oriented strategic thinker who can simplify complexity, influence across a matrixed organization, and drive clarity and action in ambiguous environments.

What you’ll do

  • Lead development of brand ambition and one‑ and three‑year innovation‑focused growth strategies
  • Define strategic frameworks that guide where‑to‑play choices, portfolio priorities, and expansion opportunities
  • Shape innovation and renovation agendas in partnership with Insights and Innovation teams to deliver scalable growth
  • Leverage consumer, category, and business data to understand performance drivers and inform strategic decisions
  • Establish and maintain brand, portfolio, and execution standards that enable consistency and quality across markets
  • Partner with regional and functional teams to translate global strategies into locally actionable plans
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, platforms, or initiatives that unlock incremental value
  • Share best practices, strategic guidance, and tools to build capability and alignment across marketing teams

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within FMCG or consumer‑driven organizations
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable direction
  • Proven experience leading innovation and renovation initiatives end‑to‑end
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence across complex, matrixed, multi‑market organizations
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with P&L drivers
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity while driving structure, alignment, and results
  • Collaborative, curious, and driven self‑starter with strong storytelling and communication skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
