Role objective

Drive China Skin Health related brand’s business objective, will handle brand daily operation, and focus on 4 aspects: 

  • Facilitate SMM to develop Brand growth plan across multi-channels.
  • Communication: strategy development, campaign development & execution.
  • NPD: successful launch and sustainable growth.
  • Business management: monthly business tracking and analysis. Sensitive for any opportunity and risk. 
     

Key accountabilities & deliverables

As a Brand Manager, will be responsible for selected brand within skin health business portfolio. Oversee the effective deployment of brand growth strategies and execute across all areas of the marketing mix to achieve short-term and long-term brand business and brand health KPI and profit objectives.

This role will provide the opportunity to lead key activities to progress the career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Brand Strategy & Growth Planning: support SMM to develop the annual brand growth strategy as well as the tailor-made market communication plan focused on 3-year growth drivers, working with a brand centric cross-functional team.
  • New Product Development & Launch: work closely with innovation team to own end-to-end process for NPD launches, ensuring successful market introduction and sustainable long-term growth.
  • Integrated Marketing Communication: as the key team member for superior execution of programs and plans to bring brand communication strategies to life, including creative development, digital programs and social media.
  • Business & P&L Management: be accountable for delivery of annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), including sales and profit results and budget items.
  • Cross-Functional cooperation & Agency Leadership: manage agency and cross-functional relationships to deliver breakthrough results. Especially collaborate with the TMK team to drive strong shopper engagement and more than fair share in-store support.

Qualifications / Experience

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a BA degree
  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • 4-5 years of professional experience with direct experience in FMCG/FMCH/OTC MKT background
  • Experience of working across functions as the individual contributor
  • NPD launch and digital experience are welcomed

Proven track record

  • A strategic marketer with a hands-on approach
  • Consistent high performance and delivery: passionate about consumer health marketing
  • Successfully executing complex projects from design to completion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
  • Leadership in matrix organization
