MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Key contributor to the brand’s consumer strategy – taking charge of the digital, content, performance marketing and commercial innovation pillars to enhance consumer experience and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) across touchpoints and campaigns.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop total brand digital consumer marketing strategy with brand lead, brainstorm new and creative ways to better engage with consumers.
• Lead brand digital campaigns. Manage external agencies on creative, production, and deployment of communication materials ensuring quality delivery and timely execution with cross-functional teams.
• Manage agencies to develop and produce always on digital content tailoring to consumer journeys to drive new user acquisition, retention, engagement and loyalty. Manage and monitor performance of content broadcasting on digital and social channels through media audience segmentation and targeting.
• Manage brand site (Ensure Official Page), brand store (Ensure Abbott Store), social media page (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok…), and Ecommerce Sites (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop – collaborating with Ecommerce team) for optimal consumer experience.
• Develop and deploy new Online-to-Offline Consumer Innovations to connect demand generation from digital communication/ethical channels to offline demand fulfilment at trade.
• Connect and analyze data from different programs and touchpoints, for identifying Trends and Opportunities to improve operational efficiency and develop new programs and integrated business models to generate more demand.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Keep abreast of the market dynamics, competition, products, and current research. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts in a timely manner
• Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures
• Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and develop action plans to address them.
• Support Business Excellence recertification and sustain business excellence standards
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, upwards and downwards
