As Senior Brand Manager, you will be the ultimate champion of our brands - leading and guiding a team to deliver impactful, consistent, and strategically aligned brand experiences. You will be accountable not just for what is delivered, but for how and why it is delivered, ensuring brand impact is central to how teams think, plan, and implement.
While creative execution remains an important output, your primary focus will be setting direction, enabling your team, and ensuring consistently high standards across all brand activity, rather than personally delivering all elements.
Internally, you will ensure that our brand values are understood and embedded across the business. Externally, you will ensure our brand positioning is consistently and effectively experienced by all key audiences.
Lead, develop and inspire a team of brand managers, ensuring clear direction, prioritisation, and high-quality delivery across all workstreams
Set the strategic direction for brand activity, ensuring alignment to wider business and commercial objectives
Ensure the brand proposition and purpose is consistently delivered across all touchpoints, through both your own influence and the work of your team
Own and evolve the longer-term brand roadmap (6–12 months+), connecting campaigns and initiatives into a cohesive plan
Oversee the briefing, development, and implementation of brand plans - ensuring quality and strategic alignment rather than owning all execution directly
Define success and drive a strong measurement culture, using brand metrics, research, and insight to inform decisions and optimise performance
Report on brand health and market position, interpreting trends and translating these into clear actions and priorities for the team
Proactively drive brand-led initiatives that challenge the status quo, empowering your team to do the same
Influence strategic decision making across the business, including commercial planning, media, content, product, and budget allocation
Act as the senior voice of brand, raising its profile and ensuring it is considered in all key decisions
Strong people leadership capability, with experience managing, developing, and coaching high-performing teams
Ability to step back from execution and focus on direction, prioritisation, and impact, ensuring the right work is delivered by the team
Proven experience in leading brand campaigns and initiatives, with a clear understanding of both execution and strategic planning
Strong strategic approach - able to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial priorities
Confident influencing skills, with the ability to proactively guide decision-making at senior levels across multiple functions
Highly organised and able to drive focus and clarity across multiple workstreams, ensuring consistency and prioritisation
Strong understanding of brand metrics and performance drivers, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and direction
Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to engage, align, and bring stakeholders and teams on the journey
Energy and passion for the brand, with the ability to channel this through your team.
