We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing team. In this full-time role, you’ll manage the UK’s reimbursed portfolio, driving innovation, growth, and market leadership in a thriving industry.
Implement marketing and sales strategies for strategically significant products to meet sales and market share targets.
Conduct market research, oversee product development and design, set pricing, and launch new products.
Monitor and analyse domestic and international market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas and adapt offerings to meet customer needs.
Liaise with production, R&D, and cross-functional teams to implement product changes.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor performance against targets, and adapt plans to improve results.
Collaborate with advertising and promotions specialists to design effective campaigns and sales collateral for target audiences.
Lead brand plans, manage the A&P budget, and oversee project management and business planning.
Use data analytics and insights to inform strategy and measure success.
Degree or equivalent experience; marketing qualifications preferred.
Proven success in brand management or marketing, ideally within healthcare or nutrition with a strong understanding of the NHS landscape
Strong leadership, analytical skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience influencing stakeholders and working with healthcare professionals.
