About the Role:

The GROPYUS Design Team, a group of multidisciplinary designers (brand, product, industrial), contributes to our mission by creating cutting-edge, innovative, and intuitive solutions for our internal and external products set in a variety of domains.

You’ll be shaping and evolving our identity, defining how it is seen, felt, and experienced. From building visual systems and guidelines to crafting compelling communications across digital, print, motion design, video, and experiential touchpoints, you’ll ensure our brand is consistent, impactful, and memorable across B2B and B2C markets.

But your work won’t stop at marketing channels - you’ll help define how our brand shows up across every dimension: in our products, in the way employees engage with internal communications, and in how we present ourselves in spaces and moments that matter.

You don’t shy away from ambiguity, whether it’s an unclear brief, a shift in approach, or a touchpoint we’ve never designed for before. You bring clarity, structure, and creativity, turning insights and complexity into engaging design. With a balance of craft and pragmatism, you create work that inspires while advancing business goals.

You're not just here to maintain the brand — you're here to move it forward. You know when to push boundaries and when to let simplicity and consistency do the heavy lifting, and you strike that balance with intention. When the right project or initiative calls for it — whether that's an employer branding campaign or a scrappy, fast-moving initiative — you bring real energy and ambition, going all in to expand what the brand can be and do. You're the kind of designer who doesn't wait to be asked to go further.

And while you think strategically about brand and experience, you’re always a doer. You roll up your sleeves to design and deliver, moving seamlessly from high-level concepts to polished execution. This combination of vision and craft ensures our brand isn’t just well-defined but powerfully expressed in the work we put into the world.
