Position Summary You will lead and support bioprocess operations at our Singapore manufacturing site. You will work closely with operations, engineering and quality colleagues to run production steps, support commissioning and improve processes. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Operate and supervise end-to-end bioprocess steps following standard procedures and safety rules. - Support equipment commissioning, qualification and handover for new lines and systems. - Prepare media, buffers and materials and manage material handling for production runs. - Maintain accurate production and validation records and support batch documentation. - Investigate process or equipment issues and help implement corrective actions and improvements. - Coach and guide junior colleagues, support on-the-job training and share process knowledge. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Diploma or degree in biotechnology, chemical engineering, life sciences or a related field. - Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in bioprocessing, manufacturing or technical operations. - Practical experience with fermentation, purification, filtration or media/buffer preparation. - Clear spoken and written English and strong record-keeping skills. - Able to work on-site full time in Singapore. This role is on-site. - Comfortable working within regulated manufacturing environments and following safety and quality procedures. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience in commissioning, qualification, validation or technology transfer in a regulated environment. - Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practice and basic quality systems. - Experience using process control systems and common production IT tools. - Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and experience with root cause analysis. - Exposure to process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma. - Experience training or mentoring team members and developing work instructions or SOPs. Work Arrangement This role is on-site in Singapore. You will work with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering and quality.
