We are looking for a collaborative individual with experience in mortgages or banking to fill an 18-month short term assignment as a Senior Bilingual Mortgage Discharge Administrator. The ideal candidate will handle intricate mortgage discharge requests, including the preparation of discharge statements and the completion of final discharges.

You’ll work alongside peers across multiple locations and teams, as well as external stakeholders, to deliver high-quality work and ensure a positive experience for customers at the discharge stage of their mortgage journey.
This is a (18 months) month Short-Term Assignment opportunity. When considering this opportunity, please check with your current leader if a Short-Term Assignment is an option.
Position Responsibilities:
Efficiently process intricate discharge requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service level agreements.
Navigate and resolve situations, influencing decisions to meet or exceed expectations and standards.
Support the team in meeting urgent deadlines and collaborate closely with customers, advisors, lawyers, and notaries.
Quickly address and resolve inquiries from internal and external clients via phone or email.
Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal departments by delivering exceptional customer service.
Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and enhanced client service.
Handle escalated complaint investigations.
Adhere to Bank policies and standards for necessary information and documentation in mortgage discharges.
Maintain thorough documentation of calls and outcomes using various Bank systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual in French and English.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Previous banking experience is an asset.
High attention to detail and effective time management.
Ability to work effectively within geographically diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of residential mortgages.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Salary range is expected to be between
$45,900.00 CAD - $76,500.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
