Senior Business Intelligence Analyst: Remote in the US - only
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale data solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise in modern data engineering with advanced analytics capabilities to drive data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate will architect robust ETL/ELT pipelines, leverage Databricks for scalable data processing, and create sophisticated Power BI solutions while implementing intelligent automation through Power Automate.

Technical Skills
ETL/ELT Development: Proven experience designing and implementing production data pipelines with demonstrated expertise in performance optimization, error handling, and monitoring
Databricks Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Databricks notebooks using PySpark, Scala, or SQL; practical knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, cluster configuration, and job orchestration
Power BI Expertise: Advanced skills in Power BI development including semantic modeling, DAX, report design, and workspace management
Power Automate: Demonstrated ability to build cloud flows across automated, instant, and scheduled triggers; experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure connectors; knowledge of Power Automate Desktop for RPA implementations
Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one additional language (Scala, R, or similar)
Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure data services and cloud-native architectures
Professional Experience
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics roles
Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale data solutions
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating technical depth across required technology stack
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Collaborative mindset with experience working across functional teams
Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. Azure certifications (Data Engineer Associate, Databricks certifications) and Microsoft certifications (Power BI Data Analyst, Power Platform certifications).
Technical Knowledge & Best Practices Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps), CI/CD practices for BI and data engineering workflows, data governance frameworks, and metadata management.
Industry Experience Experience in commercial real estate or property management industries.
Shedule: Monday - Friday day shift
Pay $66,000-110,000 depending on experience and location, with a 7.5% targeted bonus of the annual salary
