What You'll Do:
Working the wire transfer system queues to keep large volumes of high dollar funds flowing quickly and accurately and in compliance with federal regulations
Application/general ledger balancing and reconciliation
Research and clear Fed adjustments and other out of balance conditions
Researching and clearing customer out of balance issues
Process incoming and outgoing ACH files and processing returns and exceptions
Processing un-posted transactions and returned deposited items
Processing and reconciling positive pay exceptions
Other miscellaneous duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors preferred
3-5 years of experience in heavy volume wire operations required
4- 6 years experience in a Financial Institution or Banking operations environment preferred
Experience using banking platform systems
Knowledge of funds transfer payment process including but not limited to: Fedwire, SWIFT, OFAC, and general banking procedures
Strong verbal, listening and written communication
Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment
Self-motivated and results- oriented
High degree of patience and problem management techniques to resolve problems
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow up
Pay Range: $26.21 - $34.95 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
