Are you ready to build and own a high-impact events program from the ground up? At ZEOS by Zalando, we're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Event Manager to spearhead our account-focused events strategy. This is a unique opportunity to establish events as a cornerstone of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, directly accelerating revenue growth and deepening relationships with our most critical enterprise accounts. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Own the ABM Events Strategy. You will develop, own, and execute the overarching events strategy focused on our Enterprise and high-potential customer GTM motions. You’ll define the annual events calendar, manage the budget, and establish standardized processes to ensure flawless execution and performance tracking.

  • Master Vendor & Agency Management. You will select and manage a premium event agency partner, translating ZEOS’s commercial goals into detailed, strategic briefs. You'll serve as the final decision-maker on all logistical and creative aspects, ensuring every event is a premium, on-brand experience.

  • Lead Stakeholder & Leadership Alignment. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership, you will manage internal preparations. You will lead pre-event briefings, secure leadership participation, and work closely with sales to identify and engage target accounts. 

  • Drive Ecosystem Partner Engagement. In collaboration with our Partnerships team, you will build a strong event roadmap with our key ecosystem partners. You'll actively pitch ZEOS speakers and content for partner events to extend our reach and coordinate co-marketing efforts for joint initiatives.

  • Manage Performance & Swag Strategy. You will define event KPIs, analyzing and reporting on performance against our commercial goals. You’ll also own our end-to-end swag strategy and production process. 

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...

  • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Event Manager 

  • You have a track record of designing high-impact event programs with a focus on ABM, enterprise sales cycles, and C-level audiences.

  • You have exceptional project management skills and perform well under tight deadlines. 

  • You are a strong communicator and relationship builder. You know how to influence stakeholders, align teams, and manage complex, cross-functional projects.

  • You are confident in managing cross-functional processes and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Hyper-growth startup background is highly desirable -  you thrive in ambiguity and possess a hands-on mentality; you love both strategy and operations; 

  • Self-starter with ability to execute multiple projects with tight deadlines and with focus on business results.
