Your Role:
The Senior Avionics Engineer will be working with the Capability Development team in the development and certification of capability Enhancements to the C-27J aircraft.
You will also have accountability for:
The Development, review & approval of various aircraft Avionics / Electrical and/or Electronic System technical repair and design documents
Providing engineering input to maintaining the C-27J configuration, technical and operational publications.
Ensuring that the Engineering Task management data base and other tools are accurately updated with relevant information
Analysing data and the preparation of reports for meetings
Managing engineering workflows and tasks in coordination with customer organisation priorities to maintain airworthiness, mission capability and aircraft availability.
About You:
The ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance at NV 1
Bachelor's degree in aerospace Avionics and/or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Chartered Membership of Engineers Australia (CPEng), RPEQ
Minimum 3+ years’ Experience as an Avionics and/or Electrical/Electronic Engineer in Defence Aviation.
