The Senior Associate Underwriter supports the profitable growth and retention of the commercial insurance portfolio by evaluating risk quality, analyzing account exposures, and recommending underwriting decisions in alignment with company guidelines. This role partners closely with senior underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to gather essential information, assess risk accuracy, and ensure timely and competitive quotes. The Senior Associate Underwriter contributes to coverage recommendations, pricing analysis, and underwriting file documentation, while also identifying opportunities to strengthen account profitability and operational efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
