About the Role


We’re looking for a detail-oriented collaborator to join our team as Senior Associate, Truck & Upfit Ordering. In this role, you will manage client vehicle and upfit orders while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams, dealers, and suppliers. You will ensure efficient, cost-effective solutions for vehicle acquisition and upfitting while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This position is accountable for timely and accurate order fulfillment, cost management, and delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with clients regarding vehicle and upfit needs, providing guidance on specifications, availability, and cost-effective alternatives.
  • Coordinate end-to-end vehicle and upfit order processes to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, upfit vendors, and dealers to support pricing and delivery needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, incentives, and delivery arrangements to achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Facilitate documentation flow for vehicle registration, licensing, and upfit specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Partnership Solutions, Sales, and Operations SMEs to align business solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure visibility throughout the order process.
  • Identify client trends and pain points to recommend process improvements and strategic solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance client value and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of consultative, client-facing business experience in fleet management, automotive, or related industries.
  • Experience negotiating vendor agreements and managing client portfolios preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree
  • Effective negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze cost/benefit scenarios and present recommendations.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to solve moderately complex issues related to client specifications, supplier availability, and financial considerations.

Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $54,500 - $74,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
