The Transactions Services team in PwC is the leading advisory firm in Vietnam providing advice to international and local clients from corporate, private equity to financial investors. We assist clients to unlock and maximize deal value throughout the deal process from pre-deal evaluation, due diligence to post-deal services.Key responsibilities:
You will play a critical role in the deals team to deliver exceptional high-quality work in M&A transactions:
Participate in financial due diligence assignments in the context of buy and sell-side M&A Transactions, servicing both corporate and private equity clients;
Add value to Transaction by mapping key findings to price adjustments and proposed warranties;
Collect data from various sources and perform routine transactional procedures to check the data quality and prepare standard data sets which will be used during the deal engagement process;
Analyze and present financial information (i.e. Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements), as well as underlying key performance drivers;
Assess key valuation metrics used to bridge Enterprise and Equity value by analyzing underlying EBITDA, working capital requirements and net (financial) debt;
Interview the company’s management team to unlock insights on non-financial risks and opportunities specific to the business and relevant to consider in the Transaction;
Prepare high quality due diligence reports highlighting key deal issues and underlying business drivers; and
Provide coaching to junior members.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will require:
At least Bachelor's Degree;
At least 3 -4 years' relevant experience in transaction services or audit with Big4 firms or other similar working experiences in corporate advisory or investment related professions;
A strong understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and due diligence process;
Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness;
Good verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese;
Good attention to detail, eager to learn, positive attitude and team player
Prior working experience with Microsoft Query / Power BI / other similar software is a strong plus.
