Roles and responsibilities:
Collaborate with SMEs to design & develop engaging, learner-centric eLearning materials.
Translate complex concepts and processes into simple, interactive learning modules.
Create high-quality multimedia content, including videos, infographics, simulations, and animations.
Regularly review & update existing learning materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.
Ensure all instructional content adheres to organizational brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Utilize modern instructional design methodologies, including adult learning principles, to create impactful learning experiences.
Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules to ensure compatibility with LMS platforms and content standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in instructional design and technologies.
Required skills and experience:
Graduate in Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field.
2–6 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning content development.
Proficiency in instructional theories, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.
Expertise in eLearning tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, or Adobe Captivate.
Basic knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other content compatibility standards.
Experience with multimedia content creation, including video editing, audio narration, and animation tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for content development and collaboration.
Creativity in designing interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
