Who You’ll Work With:
We are seeking a Minneapolis based Senior End User Technician to join our End User Technology team in Global Technology & Operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and peripherals.
- Handle escalations from the Service Desk and junior technicians.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and propose improvements.
- Support laptops, virtual desktops, mobile devices, and workstation setups.
- Manage installation, configuration, and deployment of devices and applications.
- Participate in lifecycle management including imaging, patching, and upgrades.
- Document procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and communicate IT events.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams.
- Support corporate security tools, MFA platforms, and endpoint protection.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6+ years of desktop support experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise with Windows OS, endpoint management tools, and collaboration apps.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Experience supporting virtual desktop environments.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Team‑oriented with mentoring ability.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels, including executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise security tools and mobile device management.
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft modern desktop.
