Capvision is currently looking for an exceptional Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition, to assist with our continued rapid expansion into the Americas and APAC regions.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition in the New York City office to identify, qualify, and build meaningful relationships with talent around the world and in the USA. This person will join a growing team with endless potential for growth both globally and locally. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the changing business landscape and adapt talent strategies to meet evolving organizational needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively source candidates using various techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals)
  • Engage with potential candidates across social media and professional networks
  • Write compelling job postings and recruitment communications to attract top talent
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of interviews across stakeholders
  • Track and analyze recruitment funnel metrics (e.g., passive-to-active conversion, interview-to-offer ratios)
  • Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools
  • Promote and represent the company’s employer brand, both online and offline
  • Re-engage past applicants for newly opened or suitable opportunities
  • Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks with attention to detail and efficiency

Who You Are:

  • Strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree from a respected institution
  • 4–6 years of full-time, end-to-end US recruitment experience, ideally in both agency and in-house environments
  • Deep understanding of the US talent landscape, including familiarity with US-specific job boards, market trends, and candidate expectations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting and 1 year in niche/lateral/executive hiring
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging top talent across a range of roles and levels
  • Experience in client facing or consulting roles 
  • Experience with university or new grad recruitment (preferred, not required)
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working US based business hours
