Job Description & Summary

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
In ServiceNow consulting at PwC, you will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to ServiceNow software.

- ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or Jira Service Management (implementations, transformations)
- IT Service Management frameworks: ITIL 4, COBIT.
- IT Asset Management / IT Cloud Financial Management.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- DevSecOps transformation experience.
- Cloud discovery, tagging integration, federated configuration.
- Cloud APM, monitoring, auto‑scaling, ELB, AI Ops.
- Observability, AIOps, APM tools.
- Discovery tools: SCCM, Tanium, Armis, Intune integrated with ServiceNow.
- Experience re‑engineering IT processes and governance frameworks for on‑premise and cloud.
