Key Responsibilities:
o Assists with the development of architectural approach for one or more layers of a solution.
o Supports the investigation, planning, coordination, and preparation of feasibility studies relative to new computer-based systems and modifications to existing systems.
o Develops knowledge by monitor industry publications and electronic information.
o Develops strong knowledge base specific to a particular domain.
o Conducts technology related assessments.
o Maintains relevant documentation and supports the pre-sales process.
o Supports client engagements and sells solutions and services.
o Assists with the continuous improvement of internal tools and methods.
o Drives business development processes, including opportunity identification, presales, scoping, deal closing and driving delivery.
o Applies design principal methodologies in order to perform a detailed analysis of the client’s requirements.
o Supports the creation of strategies that define meta-architectural designs for complex solutions.
o Supports the evaluation of relevant information technology architecture.
Knowledge and Attributes:
o Good working knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
o Excellent understanding of multi-technology infrastructure design couple with strategic thinking ability.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
o Knowledge of systems, software and programing languages.
o Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically.
o Excellent client service orientation.
o Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
o Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.
o Able to contribute information on relevant vertical markets.
o Continuously learning, keeping up to date on developments in specific technology domains.
o Ability to contribute to the improvement of internal effectiveness by contributing to the improvement of current methodologies, processes and tools.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field.
o Relevant SAP Certifications primarily on HCM – Human Capital Management
Required skills & experience:
o Moderate level experience in a similar role (2 years +)
o Moderate level multi-technology infrastructure design experience for SAP solutions with a focus on HCM,
o Expertise: Moderate knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits).
o Technical Skills: Proficiency in ABAP programming and intermediate level understanding of SAP technical architecture.
o Functional Knowledge: Moderate understanding of HR business processes.
