Who Are We Looking For? 

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to help us expand the RevOps function at Vestwell! Reporting to the Revenue Operations Sr. Manager, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious objectives by supporting the revenue team.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Senior Associate, Revenue Operations (RevOps), you will serve as a strategic, individual contributor responsible for optimizing systems, processes, and analytics that support Vestwell’s Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role requires independent judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate on-demand reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Process & Systems Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement automation or improvements to enhance GTM operational efficiency.
  • RevOps Administration: Ensure data integrity, manage list loads, territory structures, and assignment logic across GTM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to align RevOps initiatives with business goals.
  • System Maintenance & Enhancement: Maintain and optimize Salesforce and other GTM tools, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and effective integration across platforms.
  • Territory & Automation Tools: Manage and optimize territory tools (e.g., Salesforce Maps, Discovery Data Maps) and other automation solutions to support GTM effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve lead flow, field mappings, integration workflows, and operational processes across GTM systems.
  • Independent Judgment & Strategic Influence: Exercise discretion in evaluating processes, recommending solutions, and implementing changes that impact GTM performance and overall business outcomes.

Requirements

The Necessities

  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a related analytical or technical role 
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce (admin-level knowledge preferred), Excel/Google Sheets (e.g. using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights in a clear, actionable manner 
  • Passionate about identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment 
  • Exceptional analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with sales automation or GTM tools (Salesforce Territories, Maps, Salesloft, Outreach, Hubspot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, RingLead, or similar) 
  • Knowledge of Top-of-funnel and best practices, ability to build and maintain workflows

The Extras

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech companies is preferred 
  • Salesforce or Revenue Operations related certifications is a strong plus
  • Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) 
  • Experience using ticketing systems like Jira or similar, working in a sprint/deployment system or similar environment
  • Thrives in a dynamic startup environment with a proactive attitude

This role will be based in either our New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Phoenix office, and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in-office operation. For exceptional candidates, we're open to hiring this role fully remote.

The expected base salary range for this position is $70K - $85K base. This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.

It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1-2 conversations about Vestwell, your experience, and your interests.
