The opportunity:
The main role of Digital Core CoE (SAP CoE) Project Manager is to lead and manage various SAP projects within the organization. This involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of these projects, ensuring they align with the organization’s goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive projects to successful completion while maintaining alignment with the organization’s broader goals.

Experienced in Learning and Development
Basic functional knowledge of SAP S4 Hana
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong decision making and issue resolution skills to make decisions in the specific process area
Ability to negotiate and convince Business Units and Archetypes to create consensus
Strong delivery focus and ability to provide leadership to ensure effective solutions that drive business values
Experienced representing the interests and requirements of the business in an IT implementation project
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Team Management: Providing excellent leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Drive improvement projects in micro and macro level in Digital Core CoE.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
Bachelor's degree, with 10+ years of experience.
Change Management / Project management certification
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP Coe.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align projects with organizational goals and drive strategic initiatives.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical areas, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with product owners, developers, and stakeholders across diverse domains and cultures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate user needs into functional designs.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
