As a Senior Associate Project Manager, Brand Partnerships, you’ll drive the execution of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that bring brand partnerships to life. You’ll work at the center of creative, marketing, and product teams to turn big ideas into seamless, customer-facing experiences across digital, in-app, and on-site activations. In this role, you’ll own the full project lifecycle—from early concepting through live execution—ensuring every detail is aligned, on time, and built to deliver a best-in-class advertiser experience. You’ll help shape how partnerships scale, evolve, and show up across our platforms.
Lead end-to-end execution of Brand Partnerships creative, from pre-sale concepts through live sponsorship delivery across multiple channels.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and workflows stay aligned with established processes.
Translate partnership strategy into clear, actionable project plans by collaborating closely with Creative, Product, and Marketing teams.
Drive partner-specific planning to anticipate creative needs, forecast timelines, and proactively resolve resourcing or workflow challenges.
Facilitate creative kickoffs and prep sessions while maintaining strong organization and communication across stakeholders.
Set and manage expectations around timelines, approvals, feedback cycles, and risk mitigation to keep projects moving forward.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and provide ongoing strategic support to Account Management and Integrated Marketing teams.
A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in creative project management within a marketing or advertising environment.
Proven ability to build and manage project artifacts, including timelines, status reports, and resource plans.
Experience using project management tools to oversee workflows, resource allocation, and reporting.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with experience using tools such as Airtable or Jira as a plus.
Hands-on experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across web, mobile, or experiential platforms.
Familiarity with landing page production, content management systems, and collaboration with Engineering or Product teams.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 72,000.00 USD - 90,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
