Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute content updates on Bloomreach CMS with precision and adherence to brand, compliance, and SEO guidelines.
Work closely with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements for content changes and enhancements.
Maintain diligent documentation and updates in JIRA/Confluence to ensure transparency and traceability of content tasks.
Conduct regular audits of site content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing objectives.
Coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of content updates.
Handle ad-hoc content requests alongside planned sprint work, ensuring proper prioritization and timely resolution.
Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and assist in managing the content backlog.
Monitor site performance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for content improvement.
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical groups to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in web content management or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Bloomreach CMS (or similar platforms).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content updates simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of content governance, compliance, and brand guidelines.
Familiarity with SEO best practices for web content.
Ability to manage large volumes of content updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience coordinating with multiple business units in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles to ensure content aligns with user experience goals.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum practices (certification is a plus but not mandatory).
