Job Description:
The Senior Associate, Paid Social will report to the Manager, Paid Social and will lead the execution of paid social campaigns—including building, reviewing, optimizing, and reporting—for one of our largest clients.
You will be hands-on in all paid social platforms and will implement campaigns from start to finish. You will manage campaigns through setup, completion, and reporting. While developing and formalizing insights and strategy based on campaign performance is not a core responsibility of the Senior Associate role, you will have visibility into this work as a learning opportunity.
Manage budget tracking, pacing, and actualizations
Support paid social campaigns to ensure alignment with client goals
Foster strong relationships within the team and with clients through frequent communication and updates
Maintain relationships with paid social partners to support performance growth
Oversee campaign builds, QA, and ongoing optimizations
Review client data to assess performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations
1+ year of experience in paid social media across multiple channels, including Meta
1+ year of experience setting up and tracking paid social campaigns from start to finish
Experience creating data analysis reports in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Beginner-level experience developing insights from data for review by Managers and other stakeholders
Some QA experience in paid social campaigns
Ability to remain flexible with campaign changes and stay calm under pressure
Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information
The annual salary range for this position is $62,100 - $67,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
