The Role

The Senior Associate Marketing will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate customer and lead information.
  • Assist in the development of marketing reports and presentations for senior management.


Who You Are

  • MAste degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
